Archive a form

Archive (unpublish) an active form to make it unavailable for new submissions.

Requirements

• Form MUST be in ACTIVE status

What Happens

• Form status changes from ACTIVE to ARCHIVED
• The public URL becomes inactive
• End-users can no longer access or submit the form
• Existing submissions are preserved and can still be retrieved

Use Case

Use this when you want to stop accepting new submissions but retain all existing data.
