Archive a specific version of a form

Archive (unpublish) a specific version of an active form.

Requirements

• The specified form version MUST be in ACTIVE status
• Version number must exist for the given form

What Happens

• Form version status changes from ACTIVE to ARCHIVED
• The public URL for this version becomes inactive
• End-users can no longer access or submit this form version
• Existing submissions are preserved and can still be retrieved

Use Case

Use this when managing multiple versions and you want to archive a specific version while potentially keeping others active.
